Wells Point Park

Located on Underwood Ave. (Hwy. 23 West – next to the cemetery) in Montello.  Turn north into the cemetery by the Wells Point sign and take the gravel road straight back to the park area. Enjoy the views of Montello Lake while your dog exercises in the fenced in area.

Krakow Park & Sunset Dr. (Dredge Bank Road)
Walk your dog along the shoreline of Buffalo Lake on Sunset Dr. (Dredge Bank Road) to the Krakow Park Fishing area on Hwy. 22 South in Montello. Pets must be kept on a leash.

John Muir County Park
Explore the boyhood home of the “Father of our National Parks” by walking the path around Ennis Lake. Pets must be kept on a leash. The park is located 7 miles south of Montello at N1424 Cty. Hwy. F.

 

Stan-O-Gene Park
Located at N9320 Hwy. 73, Neshkoro, just north of Neshkoro, this park boasts a trail, playground equipment, large shelter and more! Please keep your dog on a leash.

 

Rivers Edge Park
This gem of a downtown park is located on Hwy. 73 North in Neshkoro on the White River. Please keep your pet on a leash.

 

Point Park
This small park located on South State Street in Neshkoro borders the White River and offers a small shelter and picnic tables. Please keep your pet on a leash.

Apuckawa County Park
The north shore of Lake Puckaway is where you will find Apuckawa County Park at W599 Toepper Dr. Sit on a picnic table overlooking the water or take a short hike on the nature trail. Please keep your pet on a leash.

Grand River Locks

Located 3.2 miles south of Montello on Lower Locks Road, take a quick walk on the trail along the Fox River. Please keep your pet on a leash.
